Information on this site describes our services in general terms and is not an offer. The scope, price, timeline and responsibilities for any project are set out in a written proposal or agreement.

Upsize products are provided as software services and are licensed per app and per branch as stated in your order form. A licence gives you a right to use the service for your own business during the subscription. It does not transfer ownership of the software.

You remain responsible for the data and content you put into our products and for having the right to use it, including permission to contact your own customers. We handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy and any data processing terms we agree with you.

The Upsize name, logo, website content and software are owned by D.G.F (Thailand) Co., Ltd. or its licensors. You may not copy, resell or reverse engineer them except as the law or your agreement allows.

Our products connect to third-party platforms such as LINE, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), WhatsApp and online marketplaces. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms, and their availability and rules are outside our control.

The website is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website. Liability under a project or subscription is limited as set out in the agreement for that work.

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Disputes are subject to the courts of Bangkok, unless a written agreement with you says otherwise.
