When a business uses Upsize products (such as LINE CRM, Chat, Booking, Loyalty or ERP), that business decides why and how its customers' data is used, and Upsize acts as its data processor under an agreement. Some of our providers may store or process data outside Thailand. Where this happens we take steps to make sure your data is protected to a standard consistent with the PDPA.

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above, including any legal or accounting requirements. Enquiries that do not lead to a project are deleted or anonymised after a reasonable period. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.

Under the PDPA you may ask to access or receive a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, withdraw consent you have given, and request data portability, in each case as the law allows.
