What does Upsize do?
We combine marketing and technology to help brands reach sales and profit. We offer four services — IT Solution, Web Development, App Development and Martech Consultancy — and our own products: LINE CRM, Chat, Booking, Loyalty and ERP.
Which markets do you serve?
Thailand and Japan. We are based in Bangkok and work with teams in Thai, Japanese and English.
Do I have to buy all five products?
No. Each app is licensed separately, so you start with the one you need and add others later. They share one login and work well together when you are ready.
How is pricing decided?
Our apps are licensed per app and per branch, and project work is scoped to your goal. We quote after we understand what you need, so you pay for what is necessary and nothing extra. Contact us for a quote.
Do your products support multiple branches?
Yes. Every product is built for multi-branch and multi-site businesses, with one login across apps and access that you can set per team.
Which channels does Upsize Chat support?
LINE (including group chats), Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, TikTok, Shopee, Lazada and a chat widget for your own website, all in one inbox.
Can the Booking System assign staff automatically?
Yes. It can prefer a customer's returning staff member, balance work with a round-robin, or match a staff gender preference, and it also manages rooms, tables and equipment.
Does ERP handle Thai VAT and withholding tax?
Yes. ERP covers quotations, invoices and tax invoices, automatic double-entry bookkeeping, the VAT report (ภ.พ.30) and withholding tax certificates (50 ทวิ). We recommend confirming your specific tax situation with your accountant.
Can you build a custom website or mobile app?
Yes. Web Development covers design and conversion optimisation, and App Development covers iOS and Android apps. Tell us your goal and we will propose a focused scope.
How does a project start?
We begin with a brief and discovery conversation, then propose a strategy and plan. After that we build and test in steps, launch, and use the data to improve.
Is my customers' data safe with Upsize products?
We use access controls and encrypted connections, and we handle your customers' data on your behalf as a data processor. Each business decides how its own customer data is used. See our Privacy Policy for details.
